About Us
In order to extract the maximum quantity of juice contained in Sugarcane, it is essential to prepare the sugarcane in a suitable form, by using cane preparatory devices, which comprise of knives in Cane Choppers / Levelers / Cutters and Hammers in Shredders / Fibrizers / Unigrators / Mincers / Busters. The action of the cane cutting knives is to cut the sugarcane into smaller pieces, while the Shredder ruptures the tissues of the cane, thereby opening up the cells containing the juice, without reducing the fiber length.
The purpose of the different cane preparatory devices is to prepare a compact blanket of cane to increase the feed-ability of the prepared cane to the Milling Plant.
The objective of efficient milling is to extract the maximum possible juice form the cane, which largely depends on the quality of prepared cane. CA Polytech Pvt.
